The shell is constructed using Carbon Fiber and Kevlar materials, placed into pressurized steel molds to achieve the best combination of lightweight and strength. Reinforced M6 threaded HANS HNR inserts are integrated into the Carbon Fiber shell, along with an expanded polystyrene
