Bodega Clandestina " Imputat" Explore_Dark Rose the exception being the BrouillyGrapes: Sumoll Region: Peneds, Catalonia, Spain Vintage: 2025 Viticulture: Organic Soils: calcareous pebbles and clay soil Vinification: Carefully vinified for both lightness and layers. Grapes are hand harvested with 98% de stemmed and macerated for 4 days in a stainless steel tank, with punch downs and pump overs 3 4 times per day to extract color and aroma. Pressed right at the start of fermentation (ambient yeast only), the wine is then combined
