Oola Waitsburg Single Barrel #2014-24 Bourbon Miraval Cotes de Provence Rose 4oz bottleDistilled in 2014 from a four grain mash bill featuring corn, wheat, rye, and malted barley, Barrel #2014 53 24 was aged for ten years in a full size 53 gallon charred oak barrel before bottling without chill filtration at 116 proof. The nose features malted chocolate balls, creamy caramel, and French vanilla with oak and some baking spices in the background. On the palate, one gets the sense of a root beer float with flavors of malted chocolate,
