Trestle Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2024 Ireland and remains Japan's smallest whiskyThis is Stephen Ross Cellars initial release of Sauvignon Blanc from Trestle Vineyard, located six miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, on the Cal Poly University campus and expertly managed by Erin Ameral of Pacific Coast Farming. Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed, this wine was fermented and aged in 75% neutral French oak and 25% stainless steel, and was aged on the lees for three months.
