The 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon Eisele Vineyard had just been bottled a few weeks prior to my visit

as they didn't bottle it in 2008

III (a Merlot-heavy blend) has lovely spiced plums and kirsch scents with underlying notes of vanilla pod

It is scented with bitter oranges and gentian root

This ten-year-old Bottled in Bond bourbon was aged in Warehouse C
