Scarlet Satin Gathered Skirt Galerie very gatheredFROM LADY STARLIGHT'S CLOSET A really wearable piece, that's kind of timeless despite being also very 1980s. It's a really full skirt a circle when opened out gathered onto a 2" waistband, fastened with two hooks and a side zipper. Constructed in a nice matt polyester satin, unlined. All three are Reminiscence by Stewart Richer label, made in USA (one way you can tell they're vintage :) and size L. I wore them sitting on the hip, which works very
