I bought it in France some years ago. Its a lightweight wool or wool blend (unlined, so you probably need to wear something under it if not just a vest and tights) and in lovely muted autumn shades. Puffed sleeve heads and flared elbow length sleeves. Body of dress is flared from the bust but it comes with matching belt, with metal buckle, so you can adjust
