Make do and mend, I believe this has been a long 1930s dinner dress which has been adapted for later use. Has been shortened by hand, and potentially shoulder pads have been removed and sleeves adjusted? It still however has great party appeal! Slight remains of cowl neck and shoulder tuck darting, gold glass bugle beaded bodice with wonderful jewel toned cabochons. Self tie
