There are no tags, but the fabric seems to be a T shirt cotton knit with a blue grey background and red, yellow and white flowers throughout. Top pulls over head. V neck with self fabric band, the bodice gathers into a shaped empire waist. Set in 3 4 length sleeves. The top is slightly longer than crop length.
