Classic pointy witch hat, in black PVC, on a harness headpiece. The hat can be positioned anywhere along the headband to perfectly accent any style. Handmade in thick PVC. Fit is adjustable with buckles in back of head and under chin. Chin straps are removable with strong, heavy duty snaps. Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware. SMALL MEDIUM fits 20 23"
