with very full sleeves gathered onto a deep buttoned cuff

but there are some patchy marks in particular to the lower right front

sleeves are 14” underarm seam to cuff edge

As mentioned damage to sellophane wrapper but have not been opened and tights are unworn

The flexible crown is decorated with a soutache type glac design, all in excellent order. Its really very elegant, and a great spring summer hat! The colour is a very dark blue, to my eyes.
