60’s Printed Collar Blouse by Betty Winkle red skirt and vest Sleeves 20 1/2"Novelty print cotton blouse from the 1960's. Taupe background with stripes of blue, green, red and gold disks (could be hat tops) intertwined with panels depicting vintage clothing. Wide round collar, long sleeves with buttons cuffs and a tapered bodice. Label is Betty Winkle Reg. Blouse. Excellent condition with no issues.
