It's a blue viscose lined cotton with a pink, yellow, purple, and orange floral print. It has a boned bodice and tiered bubble skirt with tulle on the inside, allowing the wearer to play with the shape. A zipper fastens the back. It's in very good condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 31" 32" Waist 26" Hips 34"
