60s NWT Black Straw Toy Pillbox Hat by Miss Sally Victor fur swing coat 1960’s Vintage polyester gown inFabric is a flexible raffia straw lined with a wide flexible net along with two side combs for placement. Right front holds a small bow with little sprigs of matching raffia straw. Inner circumference is 20 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 11 inches.
