This blouse has everything! 3 4 batwing sleeves, a gathered waist with a tie to the side, shoulder pads! It was hard to measure this one, but I would say it is a smaller medium. The chest measures 22 inches under arm to under arm and the length is approximately 22 inches shoulder to hem.
