Has original elastic to rear which is still flexible, but you may wish to swap. Measures: Approx 16" band, plus elastic. Stands 3" at highest. Condition: On leaf missing wire but still stays in place. Some brown old glue spots to chiffon, but overall still a wearable headdress.
