It's red plaid wool with a built in bow around the neck, pleated skirt with an empire waist, and lining in the top. It does up the back with seven buttons and a hidden zipper, and has a button on each cuff. It's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 35" Empire Waist 33. 5" Hips open Shoulders 14. 25" Sleeves 23. 25"
