It was made in Italy of beige unlined cotton jersey with a blue and white floral print

and a tassel at the bottom

It doesn't come with a strap but there are rings to attach one

They are a size 7 and likely date to the 1980s. There's some darkening at the fingertips and general signs of use (please review the photos,) but they're still very wearable.
