Old ring size adjuster on band (can be removed). Marked: Sterling Ring size 4 Stone is 3 8" x 3 4" Weighs 5. 6g, including stone. Excellent, antique condition with minimal, expected wear little bit of tarnish, stone has the tiniest imperfections very hard to see , but mentioned for accuracy. The silver has fine patina.
