A picture has been included that shows a similar garment worn in the A/W 2002 runway presentation

and an elongated body that ends in a curved

and most easily worn (to my mind) by wrapping it tightly around the neck and then tucking it into a jacket

The skirt is quite flared, and the hem hangs in an irregular asymmetrical manner. Good condition, with several small pulls
