1960s Black Petticoat Skirt With Lacy Swirl Trim by Finewear - Small girls linen dress Length 122 cm (48")Knee length black, flared, half petticoat now makes an original skirt. Three swirls of contrasting white lace trim the front. Each has a rosebud in the centre. The hem is also trimmed with white lace. The waist is gathered with elastic but there is also a side opening on one hip which closes with one button and a tie. The fabric is a crinkle textured polyester and the lace is polyester or nylon. The label reads: "A Finewear Model Made in England".
