Bodice is surplice style and has an interesting knot twist detail at the shoulders. Waist is fitted and the skirt is a line featuring stitch pleats. Dress closes with a side button placket. Shown on a size 2 form but should fit up to a medium. Fabric has stretch. Shoulder: 12. 5" seam to seam, actual shoulder area is more like 15" Bust: 34" relaxed, should
