Features cobalt blue silk, metallic gold lace, snaps at front bodice and side waist, lace and mesh overskirt, detachable tie belt with glass bead tassle. Good condition. Small area of shattering at top of each shoulder has been reinforced, lace is intact but has several breaks and fragility, small holes in black mesh, small spots on silk most noticeably at front left thigh.
