Someone had added some non-slip pads on the bottom but it doesn't look they they were ever used

will fit larger

1940s Rayon Polka Dot Blouse 1950_flats Overall very nice1940s cold rayon blouse in a lovely shade of green with ivory polka dots. Single breast pocket, cuffed sleeves and button front. Waist has darts for a slim fit. Very nice condition. Light wear commensurate with age. Some faint discoloration on the inside of the collar and a couple pinholes, see photo, not visible when worn. Labels reads "Casual Deb". Shoulder: 13" Bust: 36" Waist: 25" 26" Sleeve: 8" Length: 20"
