I don't see any signs of wear either

both velvet and lining are in great shape

The neckline and waist area are smocked and have lot of stretch. The dress closes with a back zipper. Shown on a size 2 form but again, the knit and smocked areas stretch quite a bit so this should be able to fit up to a smaller medium. Excellent vintage condition.
