US Army paratroopers preferred to use these as backpacks rather than their issued M1928 Haversacks for airborne operations. Exactly replicated with 100% cotton canvas in the original olive drab. The interior is divided into 4 compartments the back has it's own 10 x 12 compartment and one side has a small pocket with a button flap. The inside of the main flap is marked
