1970s Gold & Navy Velvet Floor Length Evening Skirt jersey It has a sexy low-cutThis navy floor length maxi skirt was designed in the early 1970s by Rizkallah for Malcolm Starr. It's made from lined navy blue velvet with a gold metallic and satin trim. It has a pocket on each side and does up the back with a hidden zipper and two hook and eyes on the waistband. It's in excellent condition, has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear. Measurements: Waist 24" Hips 44" Length 43"
