Jacket has puffed sleeves with pointed cuffs and decorative flaps matching the top. There are not closures and I measured it laying flat with the front nearly closed. Obviously when worn the front panels would be further spaced. Top has a button closure with loops. Skirt is gored, flaring at the hem. There is a side metal zipper and single hook and eye at the waist. There is not a
