This polyester lycra (spandex) dress has a V neck and red upper collar. Sleeveless, slightly angled in shoulders with 23" zipper and darts in back. Front gathers under bust and attaches to an inverted V waistband. Skirt is quite full. almost a circle. There are string belt loops at the sides of the waist, but it
