Made by Valerie Mode New York Creations. There is a black chin strap attached. There is also a net veil that has been fashioned into a strap or a band. It is attached on one side but not the other. It could be wrapped around the crown, which I think it was it was originally. The inner circumference is 17". On the outside, the crown is 5. 5"
