90's Sheer Blue Floral Short Sleeve Summer Dress by Vicki Wayne maxfield parrish ivory of White slip withLightweight sheer fabric in a blue floral pattern. Neckline is a modified scoop trimmed with a narrow ruffle. Bodice buttons up the front with 4 shell pearl buttons and is also trimmed with the narrow ruffle. Sleeves are short. Waist is elastic with an unattached wide sash. Full skirt has a faux button front also with the narrow ruffle. Label is Vicki Wayne which was created in 1993 and still active today.
