80's Abstract Palm Peplum Halter Mini Dress by Pia Rucci country boots I would say this isDetails Vintage 1980's designer Pia Rucci peplum dress. Halter top and a peek a boo back. Large exaggerated peplum skirt. Matching belt included. Pencil skirt fit. Fully lined with rayon fabric. 100% cotton outer fabric, no stretch. Back zipper and hook eye closure. I found this dress with the tags still attached, but had to remove them to clean it. Condition Excellent vintage condition. No flaws to note. Suggested Modern Size Tag size is 12 and it
