Olive Wood Charcuterie Trays byTiMo Embrace the summer with ourOlive wood is one of the hardest and most beautifully patterned woods in the world. Some species live for over a thousand years because the olive tree is not often harvested for lumber, but rather for its fruit. Our olive wood is sourced from the Calabria Region in southern Italy; then kiln dried in central Pennsylvania. Once dried, the wood is shipped to Connecticut where my dad cuts it to size, chisels out old bark, and hand sands and burnishes it
