70’s Ruffled Dress suede dress seam separating in one spotVintage 1970s dress. Navy blue semi sheer polyester knit. Sleeveless. Double ruffle collar and ruffled high neckline with tie and keyhole. Elastic waistband with belt loops (**Belt is not included**). Fit and flare style. Slips on no zipper or buttons. No brand Tagged size 16 but please refer to measurements for proper fit. Waist can stretch comfortably to around 18" Great vintage condition with the exception of the elastic being a little stretched
