There are areas of shirring at shoulders and around waist and there are some tucks at center front to provide fullness. Bodice is slim fitting and dress closes with a side metal zipper. Best for an xs. Shoulder: 14" Bust: 34" to 36" Waist: 24, stretches to 25" or so, was snug on form at 24. 5" Hip: 36" flat, stretches to 38" Waist length: 16" Sleeve: 8"
