50’s Black Velvet Button Up Belted Coat fall cape 34" bust/ 26" waist/ 34"As this is missing buttons and needs a hem its a bit of a project but it will be cute after the works is done. I took the measurements with clothespins holding the coat together to approximate how it would fit when buttoned; as you are adding the buttons there will be a bit of leeway in the fit. Measures 16 across the shoulders, 40 through the bust, 30 at the waist, 44 through the hips and length is 44. Sleeves are 24 long from shoulder seam to cuff.
