Bottom back hem does lay flat but I forgot my steamer so you are seeing a wrinkle

Princess seams shape the bodice and the lining beneath has a sweetheart shape and front dips below at back leaving the shoulder area sheer

I've listed the measurements at rest and gently stretched

1920s Red Chiffon Dress with Handkerchief Hem sundress Bottom back hem does lay1920s cherry red chiffon dress with cotton lining. Straight cut sleeveless bodice with capelet over the shoulders. Two areas of shirring over the hips and a handkerchief hem. Dress is fully lined in tea stained cotton. Wearable condition and could be fixed up. There are a couple well done mends in the bodice, see photo. The main area of concern is the underarms where the self trim has separated from the body. This could be reinforced and reattached or
