I think it would best be suited to someone taller although the addition of shoulder pads would shorten the waist length some

I didn't notice any staining but the pattern is quite busy

There are no closures aside from a single hook and eye at the neckline so keep this in mind when assessing the measurements

Dress has padded shoulders, a fitted bodice and keyhole neckline with elongated collar. Fitted waist fastens with a side metal zipper. Skirt features shirring over the hips, side slant pockets and A line shape with plenty of ease. Original wide belt is present. Jacket is cropped
