Antique paste wing buckle choker on black silk velvet ribbon 1940s Just a few light ageI love this as it looks like sparkly wings! The odd dull stone but overall the paste sparkles as you move. Handstitched onto what looks like silk velvet ribbon. Measures: Fits my average neck, its currently approx 14 circumference. Fastener is approx 3 1 4 across total. Appears to be enough extra ribbon to enlarge if required, if you unpick some stitches similarly you could make smaller if needed. Condition: Ribbon shows some minor signs of age but no
