80's Lemon Yellow Full Skirt Dress hippie santa shirt hip 40�۝Ultra cool vintage 1980's to 1990's flared circle skirt dress in a bright yellow color. Not to give away my age here, LOL, but I wore a dress just like this when I was a senior in high school in 1989. Great condition. No tags. Measured laying flat pit to pit 19 inches, waist 16in, hips 24 in. Modern size Medium.
