Although wildfire is terrifying and destructive, I am always intrigued by the hauntingly pink skies and red suns produced by smoke in the air. Many a sunset in Colorado over the last month boasted a hot pink sun that you couldnt help but marvel at, finally able to look directly at it as you could a moon, given how much of its otherwise impossible to look at
