70’s Red and White Gingham Belted Button Up Jacket by JC Penney front pocket Bottom Skirt Width: 64Measures 16. 5" across the shoulders, 40" through the bust, 36" at the waist, through the hips and length is 27". Sleeves are 25" long from shoulder seam to cuff. Has butterfly collar, buttons all the way down the front, has sash style belt and full sleeves with fitted cuff and buttons on cuff. Can be worn open as a jacket or buttoned up as a shirt. Fabric is 50 % cotton 50 % polyester with a crisp hand, lightweight, unlined. Label reads J. C. Penny.
