60's Black Velvet Banded Beret Hat 1950s skirt has some yellowing on lining1960's black velvet beret. Set on a narrow band with a large side bow for embellishment. Interior is finished with a black twill and the standard grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition. Color is a deep flat black but the photos have been lightened to show detail. Inner circumference is 21 inches. The only label is a size tag of Medium. Alley Cats Vintage is a Member of the Vintage Fashion Guild.
