It does up the front with three red toggles and two hooks at the neck

There is a 8" deep pocket on each side

1970s Demi-Couture Black Velvet Feather Trim Evening Gown picnic dress 75" (drop waist)This Givenchy Nouvelle Boutique long sleeved evening gown is numbered, completely hand finished demi couture. It was made in France in the late 1960s early 1970s of a black 78% cotton 22% viscose velvet blend, with a rayon lining and a feather trim hemline. It fastens at the back, and each cuff, with hand set metal Eclair zippers. It's in overall very good condition. There are a few feathers missing but it's very discreet. Measurements: Bust 34" Waist
