70's White Cotton Ruffle Front Blouse by Lady Manhattan unisex festival Perfect for outdoor activities but1970's white blouse. Fabric is 65% Dacron, 35% cotton for that smooth unwrinkled look. Button front with a short narrow collar, long sleeves with button cuffs. Front has 4 rows of ruffled lace which also trims the collar and the cuffs. Back is plain. Label is Lady Manhattan, Dura Smooth, Size 12. This label was in use from 1953 to 2002. Excellent condition, freshly cleaned and ready to wear. The only thing I would mention is the lace is a slightly
