The jacket has built in shoulder pads. Has two pockets in front, and an elasticized hem and cuffs. It is tagged as a size petite medium. Measurements: 44" chest. 38" to 44" hem, 34" back to neck to bottom of sleeve, 25" shoulder to hem.
