It has a built in necktie, thin shoulder pads, ruching at the yoke and two gold tone metal buttons on each cuff. The blouse fastens in the front with five shell buttons. There's some wear to the gold on the buttons. It's otherwise in excellent condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 39" Waistband 37" Shoulders 15.
