Opinel No.08 Workshop Folding Knife 1908 movement over snow and iceLooking for a way to limit the waste of expensive ebony, the Workshop knife was born! This handle allows us to recover the wood that would have otherwise been scrapped. The result is a mix of walnut and ebony with two veneers bringing these two species together.
