Has large collar and short puffed sleeves. has three decorative buttons on the front, and zips up the back. The dress has two minor imperfections: a small run in the back just above the waist, and another tiny one in the front that is hidden by the belt (see photos). Measurements: 36" bust, 28" waist, 36" from shoulder to hem.
