1920s Black Felt Cloche Hat Earth Tone Flower coats & jackets hook & eye closure atVintage 1920s cloche hat in black felted wool with a flower pin in earth tone colors. Black grosgrain ribbon around the crown with tan stitching detail; wired brim; inner grosgrain ribbon band. Unmarked. Measures 22" inside diameter. Very good condition with remnants of black net veiling, most has been removed. Grosgrain ribbon shows some fray near the brim and has become a little bit loose.
